   This looks like a Manned Evasive Tank Target (METT) for antitank missile training. The one I know of is M103 based, and British had a Centurion based version (Manned Moving Target Tank MMTT). This critter is something slightly different, as I don’t recognize what the running gear is from, but the general shape and funky looking turret make me believe it’s a manned target.
